Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• We ship across India. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your pin code.
• Every order is fully insured and trackable; a tracking link is sent by email and SMS once your watch ships.
• Shipping is free on orders above ₹5,000; a flat ₹149 applies below that.

Returns & Exchanges

• We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
• Watches must be unworn, with protective films, tags and all original packaging and papers intact.
• To start a return, contact us via the Contact page with your order number.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
• Items showing signs of wear, resized bracelets or missing papers cannot be returned.
